Common findings on EICR in these properties include single-pole switching, inadequate earthing, no RCD protection, and old rubber-insulated cables that have become brittle. EICR is strongly advisable before any change of tenancy in Islington's period stock. Mainteniq co-ordinates EICR inspections and manages remedial works to achieve a satisfactory condition report.
