Planned maintenance contracts, HIU servicing for the Pimlico District Heating network, and Gas Safety & EICR compliance for Westminster landlords.
Mainteniq provides planned maintenance contracts, HVAC maintenance, HIU servicing, 24/7 emergency HVAC and heating repair and compliance certificates across Westminster for managing agents, landlords, residential blocks and commercial sites. Westminster is the same postcode as our office, so planned visits and emergency call-outs are covered by our same-day response target, and every visit ends with a photographed report.

Victorian and Edwardian blocks in Maida Vale, Marylebone and Belgravia need communal plant servicing alongside flat compliance, usually through block management or RTM companies.
